Castro, Chavez, A'jad and the "Cubazuelan Empire"

That derisive new "BRANCH CARBONIAN CULT" label informs that the so-called Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) movement has, indeed, become little more than a pseudo-religious cult. It is intended to undermine the destructive "Cap and Trade" and "Carbon Tax" proposals via which these these people hope to own the American economy -- and thus to endanger the national security in the false names of "Green Jobs" and "Green Energy."

To the extent that this sharply negative "Branch Carbonian" label works -- so far, so good. But this is only one small aspect of the overall picture, one small part of a truthful lexicon designed to help America rather than our "Death to America" enemies

Nearby "Evil Empire" Also Needs a Name

Looking at this broader horizon, there is now the urgent need for yet another "Know the Enemy” labeling of a deadly threat to America that is rapidly taking shape in the Caribbean, Central America and major parts of South America. As will be explained below, that proposed new label is "THE CUBAZUELAN EMPIRE" -- a deadly new little "Evil Empire," as Ronald Reagan might call it.

This is the Castroite and Chavista cancer which is slowly but surely metastasizing into a de facto Cold War II -- another worldwide ideological confrontation within which many "smaller" military wars are being fought -- that is taking shape between

(a) America and the Free World -- at least certain parts of it -- on the one hand and

(b) our ruthless new "Islamo-fascist" enemies and some of our same old Communist and "Progressive" enemies from Cold War 1 on the other.

The regional center stage of this new war to the death -- with tentacles radiating worldwide and extending deeply into the US Congress (via the Progressive and Black Caucuses) and into the Obama Administration, as well -- is the former South American democracy of Venezuela, whose new name is "Cubazuela" and from this toxic root the "Cubazuelan Empire."

From that oil-rich base of operations and with major ideological, political and "liberationist" backing from Communist Cuba, that land's self-declared "Socialism or Death" dictator Hugo Chavez is not only quite rapidly transforming his country into "just another Cuba" but is just as relentlessly co-opting several small neighboring nations into that Marxist-Leninist mold, as well.

Even if limited to this man's grandiose pretenses of a so-called "Bolivarian Revolution," this would be a very serious matter. But the situation becomes far more deadly when we note that this hate-America tyranny is now aggressively allied with several "Death to America" regimes and terrorist-designated organizations in the Middle East and elsewhere -- with this global "elsewhere" extending to Russia and China, no less.

Hugo and Mahmoud's "Death to America" Love Affair

Notice, please, that when Comrade Hugo and Iran's apocalyptic tyrant Mahmoud Ahmadinejad are together, they walk around literally holding hands !! They call this their "Axis of Unity" -- with 20,000 barrels of gasoline a day soon to begin flowing from Caracas to Tehran and with clandestine shipments of plentiful Venezuelan uranium ore certain to follow.

In this state of mutual affection, all of the religious differences between A'jad's radical Islamism and Chavez's avowed Christian Marxism (a.k.a., Liberation Theology) are shoved completely aside -- as long as their common pseudo-religious fervor can be one of Death to America.

In the US media, it is significant that even long before this perverse interfaith love affair developed, the highly influential Washington Post noticed storm clouds in Latin America. A major January 27, 2007 editorial in the Post, which is normally oblivious to Leftist and "Progressive" threats to US national security, was boldly entitled "Venezuela's Satellites" -- Bolivia, Ecuador and Nicaragua at the time.

Obama's and Hillary's Treachery in Honduras

One of the additional nations being targeted is Nicaragua's little neighbor Honduras. This is where the Chavista-style President Manuel Zelaya has been constitutionally ousted by both the National Congress and the Supreme Court. Contrary to Cubazuelan propaganda in the region and globally, there was no military coup d'etat but, rather, a lopsided (125-5) congressional impeachment, followed by a unanimous judicial conviction and expulsion from office..

But, nevertheless, we discover that an openly "Progressive" Barack Obama has joined with several fellow Progressives -- Castro, Chavez, Ortega and others -- in an illegal effort to restore a properly impeached and legally convicted Zelaya to office.

This is a monumental outrage! For perverse starters, President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have terminated the processing of Honduran visas and are now moving to suspend all US foreign assistance to this poverty-stricken little nation -- all as a means of punishing the legally constituted Interim Government for daring to act in accordance with its own democratically-designed Constitution.

In effect, they are insisting that Zelaya be allowed virtual carte blanche to contrive a wholly illegal initiative which might in due course allow him to succeed himself in office -- just as Fascist Fidel Castro has done for half a century and just as "President for Life" Hugo Chavez and Daniel Ortega hope to do for the next several decades.

So radical-Left is the Obama-Clinton position in this matter that they plan not even to recognize the eventual results of fair, free, multi-party and internationally certified elections which have long been scheduled to be conducted in November -- and in which Zelaya's political party is freely and actively participating.

Hugo and Hillary "Just Say NO"

Yet, to Comrade Chavez' and the Castro Brothers' delight, Secretary Clinton's verdict as late as Thursday, September 3 was that: "Based on conditions as they currently exist, we cannot recognize the results of this election." And if a democratic Honduras can thus be de-legitimized and, in effect, marked for eventual inclusion in the Cubazuelan Empire, what next for the other targeted Central American nations of Guatemala, El Salvador and even Panama? And what about FARC-infested Columbia in due course, as well?

And recall, please, how close Mexico came in 2007 to electing still another self-declared "Socialist" government in the region -- and how much on that same slippery slope Argentina and Peru and others already seem to be. While none of these targets are openly Castroite or Chavista, all are being pulled, cajoled and even "brainwashed" in that same command-economy and anti-capitalist direction.

Even in "peaceful" times this would be troubling news. But far worse during a life-and-death Global War on al Qaeda-style Terrorism is the fact that all of these regimes have brotherly relationships with the murderous likes of Iran, Syria, North Korea, al Qaeda, Hizballah and every other anti-Western entity on the planet.

And add to this dark cloud the large weapons purchases and trade agreements now being made from and with both Russia and China, as well. But, after all, that is what Communist, Socialist, "Progressive" and Islamo-fascist -- but I repeat myself ! -- Evil Empires are all about, n'est-ce pas?

Best strategy: As Reagan said so clearly, “WE WIN. THEY LOSE.”
